Return & Repair Policy

The company has no return facility unless the product has any unrepairable manufacturing defect or not manufactured as per your order. The above facility would be applicable within 7 days of the delivery received by you. All returned products must have their original tags attached, have no signs of wear and original packaging intact. The charges of returning back have to be borne by the client. Engraved products are not eligible for return, they would be repaired in case of a manufacturing defect and would be shipped at the cost of us.

In case of any changes or repair in the product, the product has to be returned back to us accompanied with repair memo. It would not be charged unless any additional cost incurred for eg. additional gold, diamond, color stones or any other cost added to it. The charges of such shipping would be borne by the client for both the way. The service of repair would be provided for the product already sold to your client. It would be charged as per actual. The shipping cost would be borne by the client for both the way. The company performs repair facility of products and serves this service to our manufactured products and not of any other manufacturing company.

RETURN LOCATION

All the repair and returns would be accepted at the head office and at no other locations. It will be only accepted by the office only if the shipping cost is paid by the client.
